About Weber Housing Authority

Our Mission

 We embrace the importance of human life and provide all within our reach with opportunities for safe, clean, decent, and affordable housing. We recognize that “housing” is a gateway for families and individuals to receive education in life skills and acquiring tools to assist them in becoming socially and economically upward mobile, leading to independence and self-sufficiency, thus improving their quality of life. Weber Housing Authority Programs

 The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a federally funded rent subsidy program designed to supplement the rent payments of low income households. This program allows families to pay 30-40% of their monthly income in rent. The voucher specifies the applicable Fair Market Rent (FMR) for the unit size appropriate for the family.

 The Weber Housing Authority Homeownership Assistance Program is not being offered at this time. Check back for updates. 


 The Supportive Housing Program provides voucher-based rental assistance linked with case management services. This program is offered to high barrier, homeless, disabled, unaccompanied households. The program pulls households from a community homeless waiting list through the Coordinated Entry process, which prioritizes individuals based on vulnerability. The goal of the program is to assist homeless individuals strive for self-sufficiency.
